Sound Meditations
“Music begins where the possibilities of language end” - Jean Sebelius
Tibetan singing bowls have been used in sound therapy for thousands of years.
The body has its own natural resonance, and vibrational medicine or sound therapy is based on the idea that disease is a result of those natural resonances being out of tune.
Similar to tuning – sound therapy works to gently release blockages to rebalance our equilibrium. The process itself can be deeply hypnotic and relaxing.
Singing bowls are placed on the body, and when tapped they release a wave of vibration that has both a harmonising and energising impact on our cells.
