INTO THE WILD
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, INDEMNIFICATION, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR INTO THE WILD SESSIONS
Into the Wild Sessions (Wildlings and Spirit Connect) carries a first aid kit and complete risk assessments of sites and activities. We will work to do whatever we can to ensure the safety of our Into the Wild participants whilst delivering our classes and sessions.

In consideration of the services of Wildlings Pte Ltd and Spirit Connect, together with all agents, owners, managers, successors, affiliates, sponsors, landlords, partners, investors, participants Wildlings and Spirit Connect, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Wildlings and Spirit Connect, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, my wards, assigns, personal representatives and estate as follows:

ASSUMPTION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL RISKS: I, the undersigned listed below, am at least 18 years of age. On my own behalf, I freely accept and assume any and all risks, both known and unknown, of injuries or other loss or damage that may be suffered while I participate in services offered by Wildlings and Spirit Connect, however caused..

I understand that risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the experiences provided by Wildlings and Spirit Connect and I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks voluntarily existing in these activities. Such risks include, but are not limited to, insect bites, snake bites, falls, slips and trips, injuries resulting from uneven terrain, injuries resulting from falling branches, intoxication from poisonous berries, seeds and fungus and other flora, scratches or bites from monkeys, cuts and lacerations from the mis-use of tools, burns from cooking fires or BBQs.

These risks may occur from the changing natural environment or from the mis-use of Wildlings’ equipment and materials or interaction with other participants in the experience.

I certify that I am in good physical condition for the activities in which I will be participating and certify that they do not have any medical condition that may preclude me from safely participating.

WAIVER OF ALL CLAIMS: I, expressly and voluntarily agree to waive any and all claims, suits or demands for personal injury, property damage or other loss against Wildlings and Spirit Connect, including but not limited to any and all negligence, negligent supervision and/or negligent instruction, faulty equipment, or the activities of others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this waiver is intended to be a complete release of Wildlings and Spirit Connect for any and all responsibility for personal injuries, property damage or loss, or death sustained by myself whilst attending a Wildlings and Spirit Connect experience, whether arising out of or resulting from their participation in activities, the natural environment or mis-use of equipment and materials provided by Wildlings and Spirit Connect. This release applies forever, for any date in the future including today’s date, that the listed may attend a Wildlings and Spirit Connect experience, and is further binding on the heirs, representatives and estates of the undersigned and minors.

MEDICAL AID AND EXPENCES: I expressly and voluntarily agree to waive, release, acquit and forever discharge Wildlings and Spirit Connect, and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wildlings and Spirit Connect from and against all claims, damages, injuries, expenses, or death arising out of or resulting from administering of or failing to administer medical assistance to me. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage that may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I grant Wildlings the right to request emergency medical services for the listed minors in the event Wildlings and Spirit Connect deem a situation medically necessary and I agree to cover any and all associated expenses.

I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and agree to be bound by its terms for myself and on behalf of the listed minors. If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable by Singapore law, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect.
