Book a Session

Sessions are charged at $150/hour SGD, and we can work out package plans if required.

 

Sessions are available  in-person, in Singapore or remotely online. For remote sessions once a  booking is made, you will receive a Zoom link via email with details about your session.

All bookings require payment online, except the Spirit Connection package (4 x session package). I will contact you directly for session times and payment. 

 

*Please state if you have a pace maker, broken bones, are pregnant, or have a pre-existing medical condition which I should be aware of.
